Here are five things you can expect after reserving your Christmas session with us this season.
1. A Smooth, Confirmed Booking (Please Avoid Rescheduling!)
Once your session date and time are locked in, we officially place you on our holiday calendar. Christmas season is our busiest time of the year, and dates fill up quickly.
We kindly ask that you avoid changing or rescheduling your session, as open slots are limited. If you decide to move your session later on, there’s no guarantee a new time will be available.
This helps us stay organized, respect other families’ time, and deliver the best experience to everyone.

At-Home Christmas Sessions
- Up to 2 hours at your home
- Unlimited family members
- Photos by your Christmas tree or home holiday setup

No matter which option you choose, you will receive a relaxed, family-focused experience designed to capture authentic smiles and holiday magic.
3. Arrive On Time & Come Prepared
During the holiday rush, we often have sessions scheduled back-to-back, so arriving on time is very important.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time—late arrivals cut into your own session.
A few things to prepare before you arrive:
- Make sure everyone knows the outfit plan (colors, theme, style). We cannot photoshop clothing colors to match.
- Children’s participation is not guaranteed—please understand we cannot force a child to smile or pose.
- If bringing a pet, please bring a leash, kennel, or handler. We cannot watch your pet or allow it to roam free.
Preparing in advance helps the session flow smoothly and keeps the experience fun for everyone.
4. Editing & Delivery Timeline
Your gallery will go through our careful editing process to ensure beautiful, polished holiday images.
Here’s what to expect:
- Standard editing: 3–7 days after your session
- Optional rush service: 24-hour turnaround (only if purchased)
All final photos + your slideshow will be delivered through a private online gallery for easy viewing and downloading.
5. Weather, Safety & Session Conditions
For outdoor sessions—especially at Maddie’s Pumpkin Patch—we always keep an eye on the weather.
If severe weather occurs, we will work with you to reschedule your session to keep everyone safe.
However, please keep in mind:
- Mild or cloudy weather is still workable for photos
- We are not responsible for last-minute outfit issues or missing family members
- Your session will run based on the conditions available at your scheduled time
