Janie Alaniz Family Portraits – Mission, Texas – Ben Briones Studios

As an event photographer you are bound to get a request for family photos at someones Quince or Wedding by an invited guess. Here is a great example of that experience. The issue of “double dipping” could come up but sometimes it’s okay. For this particular photo it was okay and let me tell you why.

Janie (woman in pink) was the reason I was booked for this quince, which was her nieces event. Janie came to me seeking photography and video services for her daughter’s quince (young lady in purple) and offered to bring other Mom’s who’s daughter’s were also going to be having quince’s that year if I were to give them a bulk deal. Well, one of the Mom’s, was the mother of Brianna, the quince in which we took this family photo.

After that complicated link of families this is what the results where. Janie asked if I could take some quick family photos of the family because they were already dressed up so I said yes. Later the mother bought prints from us and everything turned out great. Today, Mrs. Janie, still hires us for different events.
